Meet the Staff
Morgan has been a member of our team since 2016, initially joining us as a Sterilization Technician. She since moved on to become one of Dr. Allen’s Dental Assistants in 2017. Today, she brings her exceptional organizational skills to her role as Office Manager. A proud Tallahassee native, Morgan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Florida A&M University. She loves spending quality time with her family, friends, and her fur baby. When she’s not making our office run smoothly, you can find her enjoying her favorite Netflix shows.

Nadine joined our team in 2018 and has 20 years of dental experience. She has been in Tallahassee for more than 40 years but calls New Orleans her home. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two children, Rachel and Robbie, cooking, and horseback riding. She also has an extended family of a dog, rabbit, and two grand-dogs.
Samantha joined the team in 2018 as a Receptionist & became certified in dental assisting in 2021. She previously worked directly with Dr. Allen and is now one of Dr. Addison’s Dental Assistants. Samantha is native to Texas, but she has called Tallahassee home since 2013. She has extensive training in communications and enjoys helping people with their dental needs. Samantha enjoys time outdoors with her boyfriend and their dog Oliver hiking, sailing, camping and canoeing.

Gianna joined the team in 2024 as a Receptionist. She has since moved on to become one of Dr. Addison’s Dental Assistants. Originally from West Palm Beach, FL, Gianna moved to Tallahassee in 2019, and graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. In her free time, Gianna enjoys baking, singing, video games, and spending time with her boyfriend and their three fur babies Hazel, Ernie, and Miso. With a genuine passion for connecting with patients, Gianna's mission is to ensure everyone leaves the office with a smile on their face.
Vaniris joined the team as a Receptionist in 2024 and has since moved on to become one of Dr. Allen’s Dental Assistants. Originally from Puerto Rico, Vaniris moved to Tallahassee in 2023 after graduating from the University of the Virgin Islands with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. An avid outdoorswoman, Vaniris enjoys fishing, hiking, camping, photograohy, sports, cooking, dancing, and continually learning new skills. She thrives on versatility and embraces new challenges with enthusiasm. With a strong sense of empathy and active listening, Vaniris is dedicated to providing a comforting and positive experience for our dental patients.

Yuan joined the team as a Receptionist in 2023, and has since moved on to become one of Dr. Allen’s Dental Assistants. Originally from China, Yuan moved to Tallahassee in 2013 where she graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Yuan began volunteering with the American Red Cross in 2021 as a way to help others and pay it forward. In her free time, Yuan enjoys going camping with her husband, going to the beach, and spending time with their beagle, Bella.

Jamie
Jamie joined the team in 2024 as one of Dr. Allen’s Dental Assistants. She grew up in Toledo, OH, but returned to Florida, where she is from originally, in 2021 . Jamie graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mortuary Science, and also holds an Associate’s degree in Business, as well as a certification in Sterile Processing and Distribution. Her favorite part of being a Dental Assistant is connecting with people and helping them feel at ease. When she is not chasing after her three children, Jamie loves watching movies with her husband, swimming, and making people laugh.
De’Janay joined the team in 2024 as a Receptionist. She is originally from Midway, FL and is a proud Alumni of Florida State University, holding her Bachelor’s Degree in Retail, Merchandise, and Product Development. In her free time, De’Janay enjoys reading, traveling cooking/baking, and spending quality time with her family and friends. De’Janay is also a proud dog mom of her two fur babies Stella Rose & Knox Lexington.
